Our church family gathers every Sunday for the love of God and fellowship. Our heart is for all people to encounter the love of God -- we invite you to join us...
Whether you're new to FGS Church or new to faith, we've provided some information below to help you navigate your visit.
Our worship service begins by honouring God with vibrant and reverent expressions of praise and thanksgiving through song and prophetic worship.
We create spaces to rejoice in and share stories of how God is moving in the lives of our community. There will be moments of mutual encouragement and prayer, as we support and minister to one another. Everyone is welcome to participate, should they feel led.
As the Word is proclaimed, we focus on bringing fresh insight and spiritual growth to everyone present. And at the heart of it all, there is an opportunity for people to respond to the call of Jesus.
Each month, we dedicate an extended worship service as remembrance of the work of the Lord at the cross and partake together in Holy Communion
After the service, we invite you to stay and connect with us, as we wrap up the day with a wonderful afternoon tea.
Whether you're new or a familiar face, we’d love for you to be a part of the conversation and build meaningful relationships within our community. You’ll find a friendly space in The Lounge where our team is always available to answer questions, offer support, or simply welcome you to the family.
Our services are always welcoming, uplifting and full of hope and we hope that your first visit will be filled with warmth and encouragement. We’ll make sure you feel right at home! We’re all about Jesus, not religion.
During your time with us, be sure to stop by The Lounge—your go-to spot for any questions you may have. It’s where you can learn more about the church, and discover the next steps we’ve designed for you to get connected and grow in your faith journey.
Coffee’s on us, let’s have some great conversations or just a simple hello! Hugs? Totally optional. But rest assured, we love and accept you just as you are.
Our worship services typically last for about 90 minutes. 30 minutes of singing and worship is followed by a sermon and spiritual practice. Don’t be shy to linger a little longer after the service - we have free coffee!
There is no cost to attend a service.
We do receive an offering as part of our service that is free-will.
Free parking on-site and along Ferdinand Drive is available for your convenience.
Our building is fully accessible for those with mobility needs. When you arrive, a member of our friendly Lounge Team will be happy to escort you to conveniently-located seating in the Main Hall.
No need to worry—we’ve got your little ones covered! LOL (Lambs of Light) Early Discipleship, which runs concurrently with the service, is designed to be a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children from 2 - 11 years old can learn about God in creative ways. Our dedicated team is passionate and intentional about investing in and discipling the next generation, helping them grow in faith and develop a love for God and His house. Each week is filled with exciting activities and relevant lessons tailored just for them!
PARENTS’ AREA
We understand that attending with young children can sometimes be challenging, and there’s no need to feel self-conscious if your child gets fussy—we cherish little ones and believe they are a gift from God. That’s why we’ve created a comfortable space just outside the Main Hall, complete with seating and a nearby changing room. If you need to step out for a moment for any reason, you’ll have a peaceful area to do so while still feeling connected to the service. But please know, your child is always welcome in the service with us.
PRAMS
Our building is fully accessible for prams, and you're welcome to bring yours into the Main Hall. We offer reserved seating for parents with prams to make it easy to move in and out of the auditorium. Upon arrival, a member of our helpful Guest Services Team will guide you to your seat.
Come exactly as you are - don’t dress up or down for anyone.
There’s nothing you need to bring—just yourself! Feel free to bring a notebook if you'd like to take notes during the service, but most importantly, we look forward to having you with us.
Our beliefs and denominational affiliations are all available in-depth on our beliefs page.
If you have any other questions or simply want to talk to a pastor, we’re on the other end of this line and are eager to chat with you.
